Casa di Paglia ai piedi del Castello di Canossa

We are a small company at the foot of the Canossa castle, in a context of nature and history.  

Our bed and breakfast is intimate and small.  You will live in close contact with us, breathing in the scents of a home built with local materials, straw, earth and wood.  We are looking for a low environmental impact, using energy and water saving techniques, using products at km 0, self-producing, taking care of the vegetable garden and orchards in a biological system of respect for nature.

We are careful to respect biodiversity, paying attention to creating natural niches that can be habitats for insects and wild animals. 

We respect the ethics and principles of the Permaculture, of which we try to spread the practices in the small community of reference, with which we carry out a project of community cooperative.
